From the moment “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” graced our ears, the A Plus Events team knew something monumental was unfolding. With a rich background in New Mexico’s Country Western culture, this catchy tune is #notourfirstrodeo. But, it was clear that if Beyonce, a fellow Virgo, crafted a country album, it would authentically represent the genre while also bringing it back to Black. Thus, we were sold, and Rodeo Swim was born.

Beyonce’s Rodeo Queen: A Muse for Rodeo Swim

“The reveal of the ‘Cowboy Carter’ cover art confirmed our initial inspirations,” expressed Ailene Torres, the Executive Producer of Rodeo Swim. “Beyonce, depicted as the quintessential Rodeo Queen, riding a white horse and carrying a US flag, was exactly the type of powerful imagery we adore.”

Undeniably Anticipated Collaborations and Inspirations

Rumors are swirling about potential collaborations on the album. Indeed, icons like Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga are mentioned in the conversation. “I’m particularly excited about the possibility of featuring Tanner Adell, a rising country star based out of Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, a city I know well from my days as a news reporter,” mentioned Torres.

“We have a few collaborations of our own,” she said. “Of course, the designers control their presentations. We hope they are as inspired by the “Country Glitz” of it all as we are. We look forward to seeing some phenomenal creativity come showtime,” she said.

Meanwhile, the Rodeo Swim team eagerly awaits the album’s release.
